This policy explains what information blobsi collects, why, and what we do with it. blobsi is a brand of Peeely Information Technology FZE, which is responsible for your data.

Your brief: your email address, name (if you give it), product website, product description, launch date, style preferences and notes.
Files you upload: logos, screenshots, brand guides and anything else you send us.
Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and your email, never your card number.
Basic usage data: privacy-friendly analytics such as pages visited and device type, used to improve our website.
How we use it
To make and deliver your video, send you storyboards and updates, answer your questions, issue receipts and keep the records we are legally required to keep. We only email you about your order unless you ask to hear more.
How long we keep it
We keep your brief and project files for up to 12 months after delivery, so we can handle revisions and re-exports, then delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by emailing contact@blobsi.com. We will respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Security
Your data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with reputable providers. Access is limited to the people working on your video.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
