Terms of Service

blobsi (“we”, “us”) is a brand of Peeely Information Technology FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us any time at contact@blobsi.com.

We make motion-designed launch videos for software products. Every order includes a 30-minute kickoff call, two storyboards to choose from, a professional AI voiceover, licensed music and sound design, delivery in 16:9 and 9:16, and 2 revision rounds.

The 60-second video ($149) runs 30–60 seconds. The 2-minute video ($249) runs 60–120 seconds. What’s included is shown on our pricing page at the time you order.

Prices are in US dollars and are paid once, in full, before we start. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Peeely Information Technology FZE. We never see or store your card details.

Any local taxes, bank or currency fees charged by your card provider are your responsibility. We may change our prices at any time, but never for an order you have already paid for.

We build your video from the brief, website, logo and screenshots you send. Please make sure they are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You keep ownership of everything you send us.

You are responsible for the claims your video makes about your product. We may decline or stop work on content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights, and refund anything not yet delivered.

You book a 30-minute kickoff call and pay when you book. We deliver two storyboards within 24 hours of that call. Your finished video arrives within 48 hours of you approving a storyboard.

The clock pauses while we wait for your feedback or missing materials. If something on our side will delay delivery, we will tell you straight away.

Each order includes 2 revision rounds on the finished video. A round is one consolidated list of changes, such as copy, timing, colours, voiceover lines or music.

Revisions refine the storyboard you approved. A completely new concept or script counts as a new order. Extra revision rounds cost $50 each. Please send revision requests within 14 days of delivery.

Once your order is paid in full, you get full commercial rights to the final video: use it on your website, socials, ads, app stores, pitch decks and anywhere else, forever, with no extra fees.

Music and sound effects are licensed for use within your video. The AI voiceover is generated with ElevenLabs under a commercial licence. You may not extract the music or voice to use separately.

We keep ownership of our project files, templates, animation systems and tools. Editable source files are not included, but are available on request for $2,499 and delivered within 48 hours.

We may show your finished video and logo in our portfolio and on social media. If you would rather we didn’t, just tell us in your brief or by email and we won’t.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We take great care with every video, but we provide our service “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or revenue.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here on the date you place your order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If we ever disagree, we will first try to resolve it together by email before going any further.
