Refund Policy

If you cancel before your two storyboards are delivered, including before your kickoff call, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us from the address you booked with.

Once your storyboards are in your inbox, our team has written your script and designed your scenes, so the order is no longer refundable.

If neither storyboard feels right, tell us why. We will rework them, and once you approve one, your 2 included revision rounds cover changes to the finished video.

If we are unable to deliver your storyboards or your finished video for any reason on our side, you get a full refund for the work not delivered.

Extra revision rounds ($50) are refundable if you have not used them. Source files are non-refundable once delivered.

Email contact@blobsi.com with the email address you used to order and a short note. We confirm within 1 business day and process approved refunds within 5 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first. We can almost always fix it faster than a card dispute, and disputes pause work on your video while they are reviewed.
